Terms of service.

Photobooth is an online service that lets a private group (the guests of an event) upload, browse and download photos in a personal gallery identified by a nickname and a 6-digit PIN. An administrator designated per universe can browse all galleries, download ZIP archives and moderate content.

The service is published and operated by Le Bris Consulting. Access to the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

Access to a universe requires an access code provided by the event administrator. Guests then create a nickname and a 6-digit PIN that lets them retrieve their gallery from any device.

The service is available 24 / 7 subject to maintenance operations and incidents beyond our control.

By using the service, you commit to:

• only upload photos whose rights you hold, or for which you have the consent of the people photographed;
• not publish any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, pornographic or public-order-breaching content;
• not attempt to access another guest's gallery without authorisation;
• keep your PIN confidential — it is the only key to your gallery;
• not publicly share the universe code of your event.

Uploaded photos remain the exclusive property of the user who uploaded them. By uploading them, you grant Le Bris Consulting a licence strictly limited to hosting and serving the photos as part of the service (display, download, ZIP archive, Drive backup on the administrator's request).

The source code, design and Photobooth / labo.gallery brand remain the property of Le Bris Consulting.

The administrator of a universe has the following rights on their tenant: browse every gallery, download photos as ZIP archives, delete a photo or a nickname, configure a Google Drive backup. They are responsible for their use of these rights and for how the universe code is shared.

Le Bris Consulting takes reasonable steps to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guarantee of continuous or absolute service. Liability cannot be engaged in case of photo loss, service interruption, or facts beyond our control (host outage, attack, force majeure).

Administrators are strongly encouraged to enable the Google Drive backup to keep an independent copy of the photos.

Each user can request deletion of their gallery at any time by contacting fred@flebris.com. The administrator of a universe can delete a nickname or the entire universe from the admin interface.

At the end of the selected plan, photos are deleted automatically according to the applicable retention period (30 days, 6 months, or unlimited depending on the plan).

Applicable plans and prices are listed on the home page. Billing is handled manually on subscription by Le Bris Consulting. One-off plans (Discover, Night) do not auto-renew; the Studio plan can be cancelled at any time.

These terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of use. Substantial changes will be notified to active administrators by email.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Le Bris Consulting shall have sole jurisdiction.
